🌿 KK Retreat – FAQs

🏨 What area would you recommend for hotels?

We recommend staying in Wokingham or Bracknell for easy access to the retreat venue. Please note: locations may vary depending on final setup, so check your event info for updates.

 

🕒 When can we check in?

Check-in opens 48 hours before the retreat. You’ll receive an email with a link to activate your tickets and access the pre-party chat.

 

📧 I haven’t received my pre-party email — what should I do?

First, check your junk or spam folder. If it’s still missing 48 hours before the event, email us at 📩 [e-mail] and we’ll resend your details.

 

🔐 I don’t remember my login — what now?

No problem! Just email 📩 [e-mail] and the team will help reset your access.

 

🎟️ Do I need to activate my ticket before the retreat?

Yes — all tickets must be activated before arrival. You’ll receive a check-in link via email 48 hours before the event. We recommend screenshotting your activated ticket in case of low signal at the venue.

 

👥 We have a regular (non-split) account — do we need separate logins?

No — if your account isn’t split, you’ll both use the same login details.

 

👗 What’s the dress code?

The retreat is a mix of elegance, sensuality, and comfort. 
For the Cabaret Dining experience, think:

• ✨ Halloween inspired - dress code is BLACK - Cocktail glamour, sultry evening wear, or tailored chic
• 🎭 No masks are required for the Friday evening 
• ❌ No casual wear (jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, loungewear, or fancy-dress costumes)

For the Saturday day time, think:

• ✨ Casual wear, jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, loungewear, sportswear, anything you find comfortable! 
• 🎭 No masks are required during the day
• 🥿 Pay attention to individual workshop requirements, you may need to wear sportswear, robe, dance shoes etc

 

🥿 Do I have to wear heels or take my shoes off?

It’s entirely up to you — heels, barefoot, or slippers. Comfort is key.

 

🧥 Is there a cloakroom?

Yes — a fully staffed cloakroom is available for both the Cabaret experience and the Birthday Ball at the Retreat. We recommend bringing a small bag for personal items and a robe for moving between spaces.

 

👘 Where can I get changed?

There’s a small changing area onsite during the evening parties, but we suggest using your room if possible. A lace or silky robe is perfect for transitioning between your room, cloakroom, and play areas.

 

🍽️ Is food provided throughout the weekend?

Yes — your retreat ticket includes:

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at scheduled times on Saturday
• Cabaret Dining experience on the main night (menu selection required in advance)
• Late-night pizza van from 10pm for extra snacks (additional charge)
• Breakfast on Sunday morning

 

🍷 How do we pay at the bar?

Phones are not permitted in event areas, so please bring a physical payment card.

 

📵 Phones & Privacy

To protect everyone’s privacy, we operate a strict no-phone policy during evening events. Phones will be placed in magnetic pouches on arrival and may only be unlocked by staff in emergencies. 
During the day, you are welcome to have your phones on you but please respect other guests privacy. 
No phones are permitted in workshops and activities.

 

🛏️ Do I have to get naked or take part in play?

Absolutely not. You’re in full control of your experience — no pressure, no expectations. Boundaries and consent are everything.

 

✅ Consent

Always ask before touching or joining play. If it’s not a clear yes, it’s a definite no. You are in complete control of your own experience.

 

🚨 What if something happens during the retreat?

If you need help, speak to one of our KK Hosts wearing red LED armbands. They’re there to support you and keep the space safe.

 

🧴 Are condoms and lube provided?

Yes — you’ll find them in lit trays throughout the play areas in the evenings. If you have allergies or preferences, feel free to bring your own.

 

🚿 Are towels, lockers, or showers available?

If you have a room on site, all rooms are ensuite, with towels and toiletries provided. 
If you are staying off-site — please plan accordingly. 
There are no lockers.

 

🍸 Are there pre-drinks?

Pre-drinks are often arranged by fellow members in the group chat. Keep an eye on the chat once it opens to see what’s happening before the retreat begins.
