What area would you recommend for hotels?
We recommend staying in Wokingham or Bracknell for easy access to the venue.
Please note that locations are subject to change depending on the final setup.

When can we check in?
Check-in for the event will open 48 hours before the Birthday Ball.
You’ll receive an email with a link to check in and activate your tickets.

I haven’t received my pre-party email — what should I do?
Please check your junk or spam folder first, as emails can sometimes land there.
If you still haven’t received anything 48 hours before the event, please email

We don’t remember our individual logins — what now?
No problem! Just email 📧 [e-mail] and the team will help reset your access.

Will I need to activate my ticket before the event?
Yes — you must activate your ticket before arrival.
You’ll get an email 48 hours prior with your check-in link.
We recommend screenshotting your activated ticket in case of low signal at the venue.

We have a regular (non-split) account — do we need separate logins?
No, if your account is not split, you’ll both use the same login details.

What’s the dress code?
The theme is Birthday Glam!

Please note: no casual wear (jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, loungewear, or fancy-dress costumes).

Do I have to wear a dress?
Not at all — wear whatever makes you feel sexy, confident, and comfortable, as long as it meets the dress code.

Do I have to take my shoes off?
That’s entirely up to you — heels or barefoot, whatever makes you feel at ease.

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there’s a fully staffed cloakroom available throughout the event.

Where can I get changed?
There’s a small changing area available that accommodates around five guests at a time.
We recommend bringing a lace or silky robe for moving between your room, the cloakroom, and play areas.

Do I have to get naked or take part in play?
Absolutely not.
You’re in full control of your experience — no one is ever under pressure to undress or play.
It’s all about comfort, boundaries, and connection.

Consent
Consent is everything. Always ask before touching or joining play — if it’s not a clear yes, it’s a definite no.
You are in complete control of your own experience.

What if something happens on the night?
If you have any issues, please approach one of our hosts wearing red LED armbands — they’re there to keep you safe and supported.

Are condoms and lube provided?
Yes — you’ll find them readily available in lit trays throughout the play areas.
If you have allergies or specific preferences, we recommend bringing your own.

Are towels, lockers, or showers available?
No — there are no towels, lockers, or showers at this event, so please plan accordingly.

Are there pre-drinks?
Pre-drinks are often arranged by fellow members in the group chat, not officially by KK.
Keep an eye on the chat to see what’s happening before the event.

My photo doesn’t appear on my e-ticket. What should I do?
Please email 📧 [e-mail], and our team will fix this for you.

Do I have to wear a mask?
Yes — masks are compulsory at all KK events.
You may remove them later in the night once the play areas open, if you wish.

I’ve forgotten my mask!
Don’t worry — we’ll have masks available to purchase on the door (cash or card accepted).

Is food provided?
There is no formal dining provided during the Birthday Ball, but a wood-fired pizza van will be onsite from 10pm, serving delicious fresh pizzas at an additional charge — perfect for a late-night bite or a post-party refuel. 🍕

How do we pay at the bar?
Phones are not permitted in event areas, so please bring a physical payment card for the bar.

Phones & Privacy
To protect everyone’s privacy, we operate a strict no-phone policy.
Phones will be placed in magnetic pouches on arrival and may only be unlocked by staff if needed for an emergency.
This ensures a safe, immersive, and unforgettable experience for all guests.
