All tickets must be assigned before the event. Please make sure to do this in advance, as no support is available on the day of the event. Follow the steps below to transfer or assign your guest ticket:
- Log in to your WAX account using your email and password.
- Go to your profile by clicking your profile avatar (top-left on the app, top-right on the browser version).
- Scroll down and click on "E-Tickets."
- Select your chosen event.
- Scroll past the Kitten ticket to display the Guest ticket (on the app, only one ticket is shown at a time).
- On the Guest ticket, click "Transfer Ticket."
- Select "To WAX Member" (KK does not allow ticket transfers outside of WAX, so this will take you back to the login screen).
- Type the WAX username of your guest and click "Transfer Ticket."
- Confirm the transfer. Make sure you have entered the correct username of your guest before clicking "Confirm."
- You will receive confirmation that your ticket has been successfully transferred. Click "OK."
Your Kitten ticket will now show your name and the username of your assigned guest.
Common Issues When Assigning Tickets
If you experience difficulties assigning your Guest ticket, it may be because your guest does not have KK Guest Membership. All attendees of KK events must be either:
- Full Kitten Members (women, trans, or non-binary individuals)
- KK Guest Members
This means your guest must be WAX verified and have applied for and been approved for KK Guest Membership. Please see the following FAQ on KK MEMBERSHIP.
If you experience any issues with the WAX app, you can still access your ticket through the web browser by visiting app.wearexapp.com. Simply log in with your email and password to view and manage your tickets.
This ensures you can always access your ticket, even if the app is temporarily unavailable.
