I Forgot My Login and Can’t Access My Tickets

Your login details are as follows:

• Email: This will be the email address you used when setting up your account.
• Password: If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” link below the login box. This will send a password reset email to the email address associated with your account.

For Regular (Non-Split) Couple Accounts:

• You will have a single login for the account, and both tickets will appear under this login.
• Even with a single login, both ticket holders must individually read and agree to the rules during check-in.

For Split Dual-Login Couples Accounts:

• Each person in the couple will have their own login. Use the email and password associated with your part of the account.
• The other person in the couple should use the email provided when the account was split to log in and access their portion of the account.

Forgotten Email:
If you have forgotten the email linked to your account, we may be limited in how much assistance we can provide due to GDPR and user safety regulations. However, if you contact us before event day at [e-mail], we will do our best to help.

If you experience any issues with the WAX app, you can still access your ticket through the web browser by visiting app.wearexapp.com. Simply log in with your email and password to view and manage your tickets.

This ensures you can always access your ticket, even if the app is temporarily unavailable.
