How Do I Check In for My KK Event?

Check-in opens 48 hours before the event. It’s essential to check in before the event day, as we do not offer support on the day of the event. Follow these steps to complete your check-in:

1. Log in to your WAX account using your email and password.
2. Go to your profile by clicking on your profile avatar (top-left on the WAX app, top-right on the browser version).
3. Scroll down and click on "E-Tickets."
4. Select your chosen event.
5. When check-in is open, a "Check In" button will appear on your ticket. If check-in is not yet open, this button will be greyed out.
6. Click "Check In."
7. Follow the steps to review and agree to the event rules. Please read these carefully, as they are essential for attending.
8. Once you agree to the rules, you will receive a unique QR code for your ticket. Screenshot this QR code so you have it readily available for entry.

If you experience any issues with the WAX app, you can still access your ticket through the web browser by visiting app.wearexapp.com. Simply log in with your email and password to view and manage your tickets.

This ensures you can always access your ticket, even if the app is temporarily unavailable.

Important Notes:

• Both the Full Kitten member and the KK Guest member must check in their tickets individually.
