Help! I Haven’t Received the Address of the Venue

If you haven’t received the address of the venue, here’s what to do:

1. Check Your Junk/Spam Folders:
   • Event details, including the venue address, are emailed to all ticket holders 48 hours before the event. Sometimes these emails may end up in your junk or spam folders, so please check there first.
2. Locate the Address in Your Email:
   • The venue address is included in the same email as your check-in details. Scroll further down the email to find the location information.
3. Check Your E-Ticket After Checking In:
   • Once you complete the check-in process, the venue address will appear on your e-ticket. Please ensure you check in before the day of the event.
