The Event I Want to Book Is Sold Out, How Can I Join the Waiting List?

Our events are very popular, and we understand it can be disappointing when they sell out. The good news is that we have a simple and convenient waiting list system in place on the WAX app to give everyone a chance to attend.

When an event is completely sold out of both Kitten and guest tickets, the waitlist will automatically open on the event page.

 

To join the waiting list, follow these easy steps:

• Click on the event you're interested in.
• Look for the blue "Join the Waiting List" button.
• Click the button to express your interest.

If spaces become available, the entire waiting list will receive an email with an offer for tickets. The link will guide you back to the event page to purchase the tickets. We will NOT take any payment if there are no tickets available, if you are asked to pay - CONGRATULATIONS!

These tickets will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis - so don't delay! We encourage you to keep an eye on your inbox for updates.
