How do I activate/check in on my e-ticket?

When you book a Killing Kittens event, checking in to activate your e-ticket is a simple process that must be completed up to 48 hours before the event. Follow this quick guide:

• Log into Your WAX Account:
  • Use your email and password to log into your WAX account.
• Navigate to Your Account:
  • Click on your profile avatar located in the top left corner to access your account.
• Access E-Tickets:
  • Scroll down to the E-Tickets section and locate the relevant event.
• Press Check-In:
  • Press the "Check In" button, and follow the prompts to review and agree to the consent and attendance agreements.
• Unique QR Code:
  • Once you've agreed to the terms, check-in is complete, and you will receive a unique QR code, indicating that your ticket is now activated.

Dual Login Couples Accounts: 

For Dual Login couples accounts, where each partner has a separate login:

• Individual Logins:
  • Both partners will have separate logins to access their part of the couples account.
• Password Recovery:
  • If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link under the login box. Please do check your Junk and Spam folders for the password reset email. 
• Email Recovery:
  • If you forget your email, please contact the WAX customer support team on [e-mail] for assistance. 

Regular Couples Account (one login):

If you have a regular account without enabling the dual log in, you'll have a single login to check in both tickets. However, it's crucial that both individuals read and agree to the consent and attendance agreements as they are integral to the event experience.
