How do points work?

Members earn points through their engagement in the KK world, and you can top up your points at any time if you’d like to reach the requirement for a specific experience sooner. Once you have enough points, they can be redeemed for curated, high-end KK experiences.

Can I top up my KK Club points, and how much do they cost?

Yes. You can top up your points whenever you need more.

• Points are sold in blocks of 2,500
• £1 = 10 points, making it easy to calculate exactly what you need for an experience

• Top-ups can be completed quickly through your account when required

Do I earn points on everything I purchase?

No, points are earned on eligible KK events, retreats, cruises. The points will be added after the experience you’ve attended.

If points were included in another membership, those points are not included in our reward system.  

Do I earn points as a lifetime member? 

Yes, you will earn points. However, not on events when they are already included in your membership such as Hedonism events or KK balls. 

Can only KK Club members earn points? 

Yes, only KK Club members can earn points. 

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are tied to your individual KK Club membership and can’t be transferred, shared, or gifted to another member.

Can I change my guest?

Guest name changes may be possible depending on the experience and availability. If you need to make a change, please contact support [e-mail] and we’ll do our best to assist.

How many points do I earn when I spend?

The number of points you earn depends on the experience. Before completing any purchase  - whether it’s a KK party, cruise, or retreat - you’ll always see exactly how many points you’ll earn. This means there are no surprises, and you can plan your rewards in advance.

Do my points expire? 

Your points remain active for as long as your KK Club membership is active and in good standing. If your membership lapses or is not renewed, any unused points will expire at that time.

Can points be used for anything else?

Points are specifically for unlocking KK Club experiences and cannot be used as general credit elsewhere outside of the listed club benefits.

Can I pay part points and part cash for an experience?

No, purchases cannot be split between points and cash. KK Club–only experiences must be paid for entirely in points. KK parties, cruises, and retreats can be paid for either in cash or points. If you pay in cash for eligible events, you will receive a member discount and earn additional KK loyalty points. If you’re just short of points, you can top up your balance instantly before redeeming.
 

Points redemption for KK Cruise bookers:

When and how do I earn points for my KK Cruise booking?

You earn KK Club points only on cruises booked with money, not on bookings made using points.

Do I earn points on early access bookings?

Yes. If you book your cruise during early access, giving you the chance to secure the best cabins at the best rates, you will earn points as usual.

Are points earned on refundable bookings or payment plans?

Points are awarded only on the non-refundable portion of your cruise. If you book using a payment plan, points are earned only on the non-refundable elements of that booking. 

Can I use my KK Cruise points for discounts? 

Yes. You can use your KK Cruise points towards discounts on your cruise booking. Please contact your KK Club concierge, and your points will be converted into a discount code for you to use on your booking. 

Do I earn KK cruise points on bookings I made for friends or others? 

No. Those points are only earned on your own booking.
