How far in advance are experiences released?

As a KK Club member, you’ll receive exclusive early-access whenever new experiences are announced, giving you the first opportunity to secure your place. Are experiences first-come - first served?

Yes, all experiences are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited, and some high-demand experiences may sell out quickly, so early booking is strongly recommended.

Can I cancel an experience I booked with points?

Cancellations are subject to the specific terms listed on each experience page. Once points have been redeemed, they aren’t refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate a change of date or event type.
