KK Community Guidelines
Killing Kittens (KK) is an exclusive femme first community dedicated to empowering individuals and couples to explore their sensual desires in a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment.
Age
You must be at least 21 years old to join Killing Kittens. Falsifying your age intentionally on your profile is not allowed, and we may request ID for verification if needed.
Killing Kittens has two types of membership: Full membership and Guest membership.
A full member (Kitten Member) is any person who identifies as female, trans or non binary.
A guest member is anyone who does not identify as female, trans or non binary.
Only Full members can book events, and invite a guest member to accompany them. If you are a masc presenting Full Member, for the comfort of those attending and in line with the femme first ethos, you will not be allowed into play spaces alone.
Killing Kittens Online
The official Killing Kittens online community can be found exclusively on the WAX app, and all KK members are required to follow the WAX community guidelines while on the platform. Any violations of these guidelines may lead to the removal of your KK membership.
Killing Kittens Official Chat Groups
Killing Kittens official chat groups are exclusively hosted on the WAX app. We kindly request all members in these chat groups to adhere to the KK chat group etiquette. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the removal of your KK membership.
Respect & Community
At KK, we expect all party attendees to be respectful at all times. This means respecting all our community guidelines, maintaining privacy, and refraining from making assumptions about other members' gender identity, physiology, or preferences. We understand that exploring one's fullest sexual self can take courage, and everyone is at different stages on their journey. We provide privacy and consideration to all attendees. We do not allow press access without prior consultation, and official photographers always seek your consent before taking pictures.
Phones & Photography
At all our events we operate a strict no phones or photography policy for our members safety and privacy. Anyone found using a phone or taking photos will be removed from the event with no refund. We provide locked phone pouches at all events.
Inclusivity
Embrace the magic of diversity and create a welcoming space where everyone feels valued. We believe in treating each other with kindness, open-mindedness, and respect. Pronouns are important, and just as you would ask someone's name, feel free to ask and use their preferred pronouns. Discrimination, prejudice, and offensive behavior disrupt the positive atmosphere we strive to maintain. We encourage members, when introducing themselves, to consider sharing their pronouns (e.g., 'Hello, my name is Emily, and I use she/her pronouns'). This is optional, and it's up to each individual's comfort level. Respect extends beyond gender identity to other aspects like race and disability. We have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, ableism, sexism, fatphobia, transphobia, or any behavior rooted in hatred.
At Killing Kittens, consent is the bedrock of our parties and how we interact. It's what makes our events relaxed and enjoyable. We expect everyone, no matter your gender identity, to respect the importance of consent. We provide clear guidance on consent in our pre-party messages, on our website, and with posters at our venues. Our team keeps these resources up to date with the latest standards.
Kitten Energy Vs. Toxic Masculinity
At Killing Kittens, we address the issue of toxic masculinity, which primarily stems from the patriarchal mindset. It affects various aspects of life, especially in the realms of sex and dating. This phenomenon is most notably, though not exclusively, associated with cisgender men*. It's not a matter of opinion; it's a fact. To mitigate the potential harm caused by toxic masculinity, we implement safeguards, including ticket purchasing criteria and restricting access for cisgender men to certain parties and playspaces. We don't harbor any ill will toward men as a whole. We understand that some of you are nice, but not all share those qualities. If you respect our values, you'll be welcomed with open arms. However, if you don't align with our commitment to empowering the disempowered, this may not be the right place for you. *Cisgender means that someone's gender identity matches the gender they were assigned at birth.
Safer Spaces
At every Killing Kittens event, we prioritize safety through a team of trained professionals. From Mental Health First Aiders, experienced kink professionals, to discreet security, and attentive management, we're here to support you. All KK staff, including our welcoming hosts and security are easily recognized by their red LED armbands, offer advice and assistance. Safety measures start with our rigorous ticketing and ID systems. Every party attendee is a verified KK member, with E-Tickets linked to their profiles. We check photos and names on E-Tickets against IDs at the door to ensure a match for entry. Your e-ticket photo must be the person who is attending the event, if these do not match, you will not be permitted entrance and will not receive a refund.
Illegal Drugs and Alcohol
DRUGS
We take a strong stance against drugs. Our venues have a strict no illegal drugs policy, enforced through bag checks and vigilant security. Anyone found with illegal substances will be removed with no refund, have their membership cancelled and if necessary the authorities will be contacted.
ALCOHOL
We encourage responsible alcohol consumption and prioritizing your well-being. If someone is excessively intoxicated, we provide a safe chill-out area and in some instances we ensure attendees leave the venue safely. Please be aware that some individuals may have a lower alcohol tolerance, affecting their ability to make fully informed consensual decisions.
Non-Compliance & Reporting
In our pre-party materials, we outline how to report incidents or concerns at our events. We have various methods for addressing individuals who do not comply with our rules and guidelines. Anyone found breaching these may face consequences ranging from removal from the venue to potential bans from KK and associated events, and, in severe cases, bans from the venue, along with reports to the relevant authorities and the possibility of criminal prosecution. When managing incidents, our focus is on the well-being of the person making the complaint. We will respect their wishes unless we believe that they or others are in immediate danger. We listen attentively, offer advice, and respond appropriately and respectfully in all cases.
CHARGEBACKS:
Please be aware that chargebacks can have a significant impact on our business operations and financial stability. In the event of a chargeback initiated without prior communication with us, KK reserves the right to suspend or terminate services provided.
We recognize these as foundations of the exciting, expansive future of sex-positivity, not just for our community at Killing Kittens but for the whole world. If any of this doesn’t sound right for you, then you are not welcome at KK.
