KK Club: O2 Box FAQ

Overview

What is the KK Club O2 Box experience? A premium, private hospitality box at The O2 Arena exclusively for KK Club members and their guests. Enjoy incredible views, a relaxed social atmosphere, a KK Host on hand, and a curated night out at one of London’s most iconic venues.

Who can attend? KK Club members and their verified guests. Guest allowances are shown on the event page.

 

Tickets & Access

When will I receive my AXS tickets? AXS tickets are transferred within 24 hours of the event. These are required for venue entry.

Do I need the AXS app? Yes. You must download the AXS app or the O2 Venue app to access your digital tickets.

What are WAX tickets used for? Your WAX e‑tickets are used to access the KK Box itself. These are available in your WAX account immediately after booking.

What should I do if I haven’t received my tickets? Contact your KK Club concierge before the event for assistance.

Which entrance do I use? Your AXS ticket will specify the correct entrance. If you are visiting the Amex Lounge, please use Entrance B.

 

Arrival & Timings

What time can I enter the Amex Lounge? Your AXS ticket will show the Amex Lounge entry time. You may wait here until the KK Box opens.

What time do the O2 doors open? General doors open according to the venue’s schedule. You may enter the arena at this time, but the KK Box will not be accessible until the official box opening time.

What time does the KK Box open? Your event confirmation will include the box opening time. You will need your WAX ticket to enter the box.

Can I enter the box early? No. The box is only accessible once the official box opening time begins.

 

Dress Code

What is the dress code for the KK Box? Smart‑casual.

What should I wear?

• Clean, polished smart‑casual attire
• Comfortable layers (the venue can feel cold at first)
• Understated glamour or personality is welcome

What should I avoid?

• Workwear
• Sportswear
• Flip‑flops
• Gym wear
• Anything overly casual

 

Seating & Facilities

Are seats allocated? No. Seating inside the KK Box is unallocated. You may sit anywhere in our private viewing area.

Where are the toilets? Toilets are located just outside the box. When exiting, simply turn left and follow the signs.

Is there somewhere to keep my coat? Yes. There is a coat area inside the box. Larger coats may need to be stored in the downstairs cloakroom.

Do we have our own seating area outside the box? Yes. The KK Box includes a private seating area directly outside the box.

 

Drinks & Service

Is there a free bar? No. Drinks are not included, but you will receive one complimentary welcome drink.

What is the welcome drink? A predefined drink selected by KK. Alcohol‑free options are always available.

Can I choose my welcome drink? No. The welcome drink is predetermined.

How do I order additional drinks? Use the touch‑screen iPad at the bar inside the box to order drinks directly. All major payment cards are accepted.

Does The O2 allow glassware in the box? Not always. If your drink is served in glass, you must decant it into the plastic wine glasses or cups provided before taking your seat.

 

Food

Is food served in the box? No. There is no food service inside the KK Box.

Can I bring food into The O2? No. Outside food is not permitted.

Are there restaurants available? Yes. The O2 has multiple restaurants you can visit before the show.

 

Behaviour & Etiquette

Is the KK Box a play event? No. This is a social experience only.

Can I use my phone? Yes, unless the artist or venue imposes restrictions.

Will there be photography? Photography may take place. Your image may appear on social media. Contact your concierge if you have privacy concerns.

Can I vape or smoke? Smoking is not permitted. Vaping is allowed only in the designated seating area outside the box.

Can I enter another box or invite others into ours? No. Access is restricted to the guests assigned to each box.

 

Practical Information

Is the venue cold? The arena can feel cool at the start of the evening. Layers are recommended.

Are there bag restrictions? Standard O2 bag policies apply. Please check the venue website for the latest rules.

What should I bring?

• A light layer for comfort
